Now this is a cover that redefines a song

There was a time, not so long ago, where I really, really loved Wilco (we have since ended our relationship). Since I still have residual warm feelings about the happy times we spent together in the past, certain things regarding the band still capture my eye, like this amazing cover of "I Am Trying to Break Your Heart."


Amazing. Really. I've listened to this video about 13 times today.

if by "redefines a song" you mean  "makes it utterly unrecognizable", then I'm with you.

JC Brooks is no American aquarium drinker, but once he got over that awkward first line he did a surprisingly decent job with the song.
